How I Can Help

Reaching out for support when you are facing difficulties isn’t easy, but it is the first step to changing how you live your life and the decisions you make for your future.

Counselling provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges with the support of a qualified counselling and psychological professional.

Counselling aims to help you to gain self-awareness, build self-confidence, cope with stress, improve your mental health and develop effective strategies for dealing with life’s ups and downs.

Having the right support from a counsellor can often help you to feel lighter emotionally and less overwhelmed. You may feel more empowered through new insight regarding your behaviour and reactions when certain situations trigger negative thoughts and feelings.

My counselling role is to listen and help you to move through issues you are dealing with, develop new strengths and improve your overall wellbeing.
